By accessing and using the IDHost platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Journal Submissions

By submitting a journal to IDHost, you warrant that:

• You have the authority to represent the journal
• All information provided is accurate
• The journal follows ethical publishing standards
• You have obtained necessary permissions for publication

Intellectual Property

Journal content remains the property of the respective copyright holders. IDHost claims no ownership over journal content but requires permission to display metadata and abstracts.

Platform Usage

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate others’ intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

IDHost is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from platform use, including but not limited to data loss or service interruption.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of our jurisdiction.
